Designing inclusive, evidence-driven policy with the communities it affects.

I’m a policy strategist and human-centred design expert with 15 years of work across four continents. I help communities and institutions turn lived experience and grassroots insight into policy that is built with people — not just for them.

How I Work

Policy built from the ground up.

Good policy starts with the people closest to the problem. Everything I do is built on the conviction that when communities are empowered to work together, systemic change becomes possible.

01

Community-Led Policy Design

I design and facilitate processes — from community huddles to co-creation labs — that put residents, youth, and frontline voices at the centre of shaping the policies that affect them.

02

Research & Knowledge Mobilization

I lead research strategies that don’t sit on a shelf. My work translates evidence into accessible, actionable knowledge that reaches decision-makers, partners, and the public alike.

03

Dialogue & Bridge-Building

Across parties, cultures, and generations, I create spaces for honest dialogue — grounded in listening, reason, and empathy — to find common ground and durable solutions.
